Let me start by saying that I have read of few of Alexandria House's books and enjoyed them . This one didn't do it for me . The characters were supposed to have fallen in love at first sight but the relationship outside of sex didn't seem fully developed. The premise was ok but a lot of the dialogue was over the top and because the relationship was underdeveloped it didn't seem realistic. It's not horrible if you're looking for a quick read and don't mind it being predictable. I just think the story could have been better.Product details

OMG! I have found a new author for adults! Alexandria House is a magnificent author who uses vivid imagery, vast descriptive vocabulary to increase the reader’s knowledge while keeping your attention! I purchased her book from at 830 and I am on chapter 13 in less than 3 hours and was at chapter 23 by 230 a.m. I was even not sleepy for work because I felt sooooooo relaxed and couldn’t wait to get back to reading. Book is finished and I am purchasing book 2 tonight!
I chose 5 stars for this book because it was great from the beginning to the end. I love when books end in a great love story!!
This is my first read by Alexandria House. Loved it. Greer and Derek kept my interest and after this review, I will one-click the second story.
What I loved the most were very minimal errors in the book. I wished the story was longer but I definitely couldn't go to sleep until I finished this story.
Greer & Derek were such a pleasure to read about. I love how Derek was able to mend her broken heart after that no good ex of hers. They went through things themselves, but true love will always find a way to overcome anything. Beautiful love story.
Greer and Derek had something similar in common...,who can they trust! There are really some thirsty, untrustworthy people out there. Some do it for money because they are money hungry and go to such lengths to get what they want because it is about that life and then you have who just cannot say no. Roller coaster ride. Great read. Great chemistry. Recommend this author
I enjoyed the story but, how can you say you love someone and not trust them? Greer claimed she loved Derek but was very quick to believe a complete stranger who shows up out of nowhere. I think the author should have made Derek show Greer what it feels like to not have trust in somwone. It made the heroine seem shallow and the lengths Derek had to go through to prove things to Greer when he shouldn't have.
I loved it! There's nothing like finding a new author (and new characters) to fall in love with. From the first page, I was pulled into the storyline and didn't want to put the book down. Greer and Derek are certainly two memorable characters and the chemistry between them could be too hot to handle for some people, but not for me. Thank you, Alexandria, for a wonderful weekend read!
